Full course description
As educators, we often put the welfare of our students ahead of our own – even though we know it’s easier to care for others when we take care of ourselves first. This workshop helps teachers put their health and wellbeing at the forefront while finding balance between their work and personal and professional lives. Participants will learn wellness tips and strategies on how to alleviate stress and make the most of their time. This self-paced course concludes with the completion of one required assignment – an exit ticket that will demonstrate a knowledge base on how the participant will best incorporate wellness into their routine.
